Mr. Gaurav Kandpal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.4. 4. The writ petition filed by the appellant, seeking relaxation in upper age limit, was dismissed in limine by learned Single Judge vide judgment dated 26.07.2024. The said judgment is under challenge in this intra- court appeal. 5. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that learned Single Judge has decided similar issue in Writ Petition (S/ S) No.494 of 2024 and other connected petitions. 6. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for the selecting body, however, submit that appellant cannot get benefit of the said judgment, as the selection process has completed long back and any interference with the selection process at this belated stage will derail the entire process. 7. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the documents submitted by the appellant were verified in 2024. He submits that the appellant had participated in the selection, pursuant to interim order passed by the Division Bench in this appeal. 8. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Special Appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to make representation to the competent authority seeking age relaxation. If petitioner makes such representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within three weeks thereafter. 9.
