Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(a) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and allow him to continue his service till the age of 60 years, interest of justice. (b) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the pensionary benefits to the petitioner, with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice.” 4 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
