Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties have not disputed that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment dated 24.07.2025, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.11260 of 2024, titled, Renuka Sharma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. Therefore, in view of this the claim of the petitioner can be adjudicated by the respondents in light of the aforementioned judgment rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 3. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to apply the mandate of the aforementioned judgment passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Renuka Sharma’s case (supra) mutatis mutandis, to the present case for all intents and purposes.
