Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP NO.12285 of 2024, titled Rajinder Kumar and others versus The Secretary (MPP & Power) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 19.08.2025, has been pleased to dispose of a similar petition by issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner 2 therein in the light of the Judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.1567 of 2017, titled Sidha Raju versus State of Karnataka, decided on 28.09.2021 as also the notification issued by the Government dated 27.08.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served in case similar direction is passed in this petition also. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation filed by the petitioner (Annexure P-13) be decided by the Authority within a period of eight weeks from today, in light of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.1567 of 2017, titled Sidha Raju versus State of Karnataka, decided on 28.09.2021, as well as in light of notification dated 27.07.2024 (Annexure P-13), if applicable to the facts of the case of the petitioner. 4.
