By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR dated 16.11.2024 registered with Laitumkhrah Police Station being P.S.Case No. 212(11) of 2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 of the IPC. 3. Learned AAG on instructions states that the police have filed charge-sheet in the said case only qua the respondent Serial No. 03 Daily List 2026:MLHC:459 No.2’s husband and not against the petitioners for want of adequate evidence. Statement accepted. 4. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for consideration in the petition. 5. Petion stands disposed of.
