Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “(a) To issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue till he reaches the age of 60 years being Class-IV. (b) That the respondents may be directed not to consider the petitioner as retired at 58 years of age. The records may be rectified to this effect and the date of retirement may be allowed to be rectified at 60 years clearly. (c) The petitioner may be allowed full service and financial benefits till he reaches 60 years without any restriction of arrears of salary and other benefits at par with the benefits allowed in the judgment as rendered in Satya Devi versus State of H.P Annexure P-1.” 2 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
