Though learned counsel for the applicant is not present, however, Mr. Narendra Bali, learned counsel for the complainant, inform to this court that the present applicant already challenged the proceeding in C528 petition No. 1152 of 2025, wherein, the proceeding have been stayed on 17.07.2025. He also pointed out that another anticipatory bail application No. 291 of 2024 was also dismissed as infructuous since the applicant already filed the petition under section 528 of BNS, 2023. 5. In such view of the matter, since the present applicant already filed a petition under section 528 of BNS, 2023, wherein, the proceeding have already been stayed, therefore, there is no useful purpose to continue the proceeding. 6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application in view of the statement of Mr. Narendra Bali is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Interim order, if any, is vacated.
