Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents informs the Court that all due amounts payable to the petitioner including revised gratuity and revised leave encashment stand released in favour of the petitioner. Though said fact could not be disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, but he submits that respondents be directed to pay interest on late payment of revised gratuity and revised leave encashment. 2. This Court is of the considered view that in light of the fact that due and admissible emoluments have already been paid, interest of justice would be served in case a quietus is given to the present litigation. Ordered accordingly. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In view of above, petition stands disposed of.
