This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents to restore the supply of diesel and petrol to its petrol pump. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 made a statement that after filing of the present writ petition regular supply of petrol and diesel was restored to his petrol pump, way back in the year 2024, on the direction made by this Court, therefore, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 and having gone through the prayer clause of the writ petition, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the writ petition. 6.
