He has challenged the order dated 9.1.2024, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Miscellaneous Case No. 85 of 2023. By the said order, while setting aside the ex parte order of maintenance dated 4.8.2022, appellant was directed to pay maintenance to his wife between 1.11.2021 to 1.11.2023.
