On the last date of hearing i.e. 10.07.2025, Mr. Tripathi appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and informed that respondent No. 1 namely- Shiv Narayan Dewangan has expired during pendency of the petition therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time 2 / 2 Ami to file appropriate application but till date no such application has been filed. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, post this matter on 27th of January, 2026 enabling him to file appropriate application. Failing which, this writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Bench. Interim relief granted earlier shall continue till the next date of hearing.
