A. No. 94 of 2023, owing to such National Lok Adalat settlement captioned CRP and captioned Miscellaneous Case (M.C.) thereat have become infructuous, continuing in this direction learned counsel on record for revision petitioners made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: [3] In the light of narrative thus far, captioned CRP and M.C thereat are disposed of as closed, the same having become infructuous in the aforesaid manner.
