Golly, learned counsel for revision petitioners submits that there was a settlement in National Lok Adalat on 09.05.2026 inter-alia Abuja m Surjit Singh Digitally signed by Abujam Surjit Singh Date: 2026.05.15 12:19:45 +05'30' as regards W. A. No. 94 of 2023, owing to such National Lok Adalat settlement captioned CRP and captioned Miscellaneous Case (M.C.) thereat have become infructuous, continuing in this direction learned counsel on record for revision petitioners made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: [3] In the light of narrative thus far, captioned CRP and M.C thereat are disposed of as closed, the same having become infructuous in the aforesaid manner.
