OMPST No. 33425 of 2024 The appeal, preferred by the appellant has been admitted for hearing, which certainly will take sufficient long time, for its disposal. As such, during pendency of the appeal, execution of award, dated 18.11.2023, passed by the learned District Judge, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, H.P. in Arbitration No. 144 of 2018, titled as, ‘National Highways Authority of India versus Amarjeet Singh and others’, is ordered to be stayed, subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, within a period of eight weeks from today.
