Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner/ Decree Holder submits that aforesaid shortfall as determined and allowed under order dated 28.04.2026 passed in this execution petition was calculated as on the date of filing of calculations i.e. 05.08.2025; Further interest @ ₹338/- per day or in other words, around ₹10,000/- per month has accrued to the petitioner/D.H. which has become around ₹1,09,174/- as on date; The amount will keep on growing till deposited by the respondent/ J.D., therefore, the respondent/J.D is required to deposit this recurring shortfall 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 in terms of direction No.(ii) passed in the order dated 28.04.2026. 2. Let the respondent/J.D to examine the aforesaid submission and deposit shortfall, if any, as submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner/ Decree Holder. Reserving right of the petitioner/D.H to claim the above projected shortfall, contentions of the respondent in that regard and taking note of deposition of ₹7,18,303/- by the respondent/J.D, the present execution petition is disposed of.
