Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The present CONTC has been filed inter alia seeking compliance of order dt.03.03.2023 so passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) NO.1360 of 2014. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that on the face of such order passed by this Court on 03.03.2023 and dismissal of the Writ Appeal so filed by the State vide order dt.12.12.2023 under Annexure-3 and dismissal of the SLP so filed in SLP(Civil) No.24959 of 2024, the order is yet to be complied with. It is accordingly contended that since the order passed by this Court stands confirmed with dismissal p. 2 p. 2 of the Special Leave Petition by the Apex Court, the order be complied with without any further delay. 5. Basing on the show-cause so filed, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate contended that after dismissal of the SLP so filed on 27.05.2024, M.A. NO.1792 of 2025 was filed for recalling of the order of dismissal. It is accordingly contended that since an M.A is pending seeking restoration of the SLP, the order has not yet been complied with. 6. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the submission made, this Court finds that the order passed by this Court on 03.03.2023 was upheld, while dismissing the Writ Appeal filed by the State vide order dt.12.12.2023 under Annexure-3. SLP so filed by the State was also dismissed. Mere pendency of an application for restoration of the SLP is not a ground not to comply with the order. 7. In view of the same, this Court while disposing the CONTC, directs Opp. Party-Contemnor to comply with the order within a period of 4(four) weeks hence, failing which suo moto CONTC will be initiated. 8.
