That the notification dated 31.07.2024 along with copy of the office memorandum dated 13.03.2024 and office memorandum dated 17.09.2022, be quashed and set aside; (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to grant the benefit in full of revision of pension, gratuity, commutation of pension and other retrial dues w.e.f 1.1.2016 to 29.02.2016 in view of the office memorandum dated 25.02.2022. (iii) The respondents may also be directed to pay the pending Full Death Cum Retirement Gratuity arrears; 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Commutation Value Arrears; Pension Arrears; any other relief as per entitlement and the interest on leave encashment to the petitioner along with interest @ 6% per annum w.e.f 1.1.2016 to till the date of its realization. (iv). That the respondents may be directed to pay the petitioner in a time bound manner: 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
