The instant application has been filed with the prayer to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

It is stated that the petitioner has already removed the portion marked by the respondent and has reconstructed the building in accordance with law.

It is also stated that the respondents have assured payment of compensation once the writ petition is withdrawn.

Having regard to the prayer made, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
