This appeal has been filed by the appellant/claimant for enhancement of the compensation awarded to him in terms of award dated 28.06.2024. 2. Vide order dated 18.02.2026, the matter was referred to mediation under the Special Mediation Drive (Mediation for the Nation 2.0). 3. As per report submitted by the Mediator-Ms. Mandeep Reen, the appellant and the respondent No. 3 have agreed for enhancement of compensation for an amount of Rs. 1.30 Lacs over and above the amount granted in terms of award (supra). 4. Accordingly, the award passed by the learned Tribunal dated 28.06.2024 is modified to the extent that in addition to the compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal, the respondent No. 3 shall pay an additional amount of Rs. 1.30 Lacs to the appellant. However, the other terms and conditions of the award shall remain unaltered. Serial No. 90 2 Mac App No. 205/2024 5. Mr. Udhay Bhasker, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3- Insurance Company submits that he is in receipt of the cheque and will deposit the same today only. 6.
