That the writ of mandamus may kindly be issued against the respondent corporation, directing it to pay arrears of pay as per the revision of pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.2016, till the date of his actual retirement along with interest @ 9% pa from the due date till the date of its realizations. ii. That a writ of mandamus be kindly issued against the respondent corporation directing the respondent corporation to revise the gratuity and leave encashment and to pay the same to the petitioner along with 9% interest.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
