The grounds for delay as stated by learned counsel for the appellant is that delay has been caused purely due to procedural formalities, which took so much of time. 6. The reason, so assigned, do not justify the same whereas it would be wise to provide an opportunity of dealing with the present appeal and as such that can be compensated with fine. 7. Delay is condoned. Accordingly, delay condonation application is allowed subject to deposition fine of Rs.10,000/- in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund High Court Bar Association. 8.
