Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record. 2. Learned counsel submits that, apart from the structures for which compensation was assessed by the respondents, the land of the petitioner measuring 12 marlas was also acquired without payment of compensation. 3. Needless to say that the land measuring 12 marlas to which the reference is now made by the petitioner in this review petition, was not part of the adjudication in the writ petition as well as the appeal disposed of by us in terms of the judgment sought to be reviewed. The judgment sought to be reviewed does not suffer from any error, much less an error on the face of record. 4. This review petition, therefore, is misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
