This Appeal is filed with a delay of 875 days and an application supported by affidavit was moved. The said application came to be allowed vide order dated 22.07.2025 subject to payment of ₹1000/- which were to be paid to each of the Respondents. We are told that this amount is remitted accordingly. 2. The subject matter of this Appeal by the State and its functionaries is substantially similar to the one treated by us in W.A. No.1306 of 2025 between the State of Odisha vs. Nirupama Jena disposed off vide order dated 05.02.2026, by way of dismissal of the Appeal. Similar case should be treated similarly in the grand norm of adjudication. In the above circumstances, this Appeal also has to meet the same fate and accordingly it meets one.
