Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over instructions received from Director (School Education), Himachal Pradesh, dated 03.06.2026. Alongwith the same, documents are appended, which includes an Office Order dated 10.09.2025, which reads as under:- “I have the honour to submit that the above titled CWP which is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble High Court. In this regard, it is submitted that the petitioners who were appointed on contract basis have been considered as regular employees of the State in the pay scale of 10,300+34,800+4,200 Grade Pay + allowances as admissible from time to time from the date when they were initially appointed/joined on contract basis with all consequential benefits vide order dated 10/09/2025. The relevant extract of order dated 10/09/2025 is enclosed herewith. It is, therefore, requested that Hon'ble Court may kindly be apprised accordingly.” In light of this development, these proceedings are closed with the observation that in case there is now any further remaining grievance of the petitioner, then he may approach the Court afresh.
