Present Government appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 378(3) of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment and order dated 12.10.2023 passed by learned Special Sessions Judge, Uttarkashi whereby the court below acquitted the respondents under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act. 4. The matter is listed for condonation of delay. There is 104 days delay in filing the government appeal. The delay is sufficiently explained. Delay is condoned.
