On 22.04.2026, this Court passed the following order:- “It is contended by Mr. Karan Singh Kanwar, learned counsel for the appellant, that in case an unconditional apology is tendered by the respondent, he is under instructions to withdraw the suit itself. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the respondent seeks two weeks time to do the needful List after two weeks.” 3. In sequel to the aforesaid order, today learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record unconditional apology as tendered by the present respondent. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the appellant on instruction submits that he accepts the unconditional apology as tendered by the present respondent. 5. Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions withdraw the civil suit as filed by the appellant/plaintiff. 6. In view of the unconditional apology as tendered and placed on record by respondent Shri Ram Chander, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon by this Court in the present appeal. Accordingly, the present RSA along with civil suit are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the judgments and decrees as passed in the first appeal and in the civil suit loses its efficacy. 7.
