Mr. Mustaj Ahmed, SHO, Police Station Channi Himmat, Jammu is now the Investigating Officer (I.O.) of FIR No. 0080 of 2024 dated 07.07.2024. 02. Case Diary file has been produced by SHO, Police Station Channi Himmat, Jammu, for the perusal of this Court. 03. The petitioner has come forward with the present petition under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 invoking the special powers of this Court in the matter of grant of bail in his favour by reference to his arrest under the said FIR. Serial No. 05 Weekly List Bail App No. 157/2024 04. This Court, in terms of an order dated 22.07.2024, admitted the petitioner to interim bail which has remained in effect till date. The petitioner has attended the investigation of the case as and when called for said purpose while in state of being on interim bail. 05. This Court is apprised by Mr. Mustaj Ahmed, SHO, Police Station Channi Himmat, Jammu that the investigation is on the verge of completion and now after following the requisite protocol of forwarding the case file for legal scrutiny and sanction, the final outcome would soon be submitted before the competent criminal court of law. 06. In the light of this aspect, this Court is of the view that the present petition deserves to be disposed of by admitting the petitioner to regular bail subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 22.07.2024 and the petitioner shall remain bound by the bail and surety bonds already furnished. 07.
