The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer: It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ application and issue notice to the Opp. Parties call for the record and after hearing both the parties, this Hon’ble Court may direct the Opp. Party No.4 to grant the monthly salary from joining to till date and hand over the charge to the Petitioner. And any other order/orders direction/directions may deem fit and proper pass in favour of the Petitioner. And for this act of kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray. 4. It is contended that pursuant to the advertisement issued under Annexure-1, Petitioner though was appointed vide order of appointment issued on 09.04.2024 under Annexure-1 and joined on 10.04.2024 as reflected in Annexure-2, but because of the interim order passed in the connected W.P.(C ) No.9151 of 2024, Petitioner is not getting the salary as due and admissible on the face of his joining till date. 5. Since this Court in the connected W.P.(C ) No.9151 of 2024 has already modified the interim order with an observation that appointment of the Petitioner shall be subject to final outcome of the W.P.(C ) NO.9151 of 2024, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs Opp. Party No.5 to release the salary, as due and admissible, in favour of the Petitioner, if Petitioner is discharging his duty in terms of the order of appointment issued on 09.04.2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 6(six) weeks hence. 5.1. Since it is contended that on the face of his joining, Petitioner has not yet been handed over the charge, Opp. Party No.4 is also directed to take appropriate action in the matter within a period of 2(two) weeks hence. 6.
