Learned Dy. Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 14.05.2026, received from the Executive Engineer, Bilaspur Division No.1, HPPWD, Bilaspur, HP. The same is taken on record and copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

From a perusal of the said communication, it is evident that vide order dated 12.05.2026, the benefit of work charge status has been granted to the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2003 on the analogy of Surajmani’s case and the

-2- pay has been refixed as per the order dated 13.05.2026, passed by Executive Engineer, Bilaspur Division No.1, HPPWD, Bilaspur, HP.

It has also been submitted that vide communication dated 13.05.2026, the case of the petitioner has been forwarded, as such, to the Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E), Pension Section-II, HP, Shimla-3, HP, for the revision of the pension.

Keeping in view the above, nothing survives for the adjudication, therefore, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
