It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this bail petition was earlier clubbed with a criminal petition CRM(M) 88/2024 which came to be disposed of vide order dated 01.05.2024. That vide the said order dated 01.05.2024, which was then passed in common for both the matters, the present petitioner-Rozee was admitted to interim bail subject to some terms and conditions. It is submitted that the other petitioners 2 to 4 figuring in the title sheet have already been granted regular bail by the competent court. The names of the petitioners 2 to 4 are accordingly deleted. 2. Registry to make necessary correction in the title-sheet of this bail petition and place on record of the file an updated title-sheet to be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the final report/challan arising out of the case FIR in question has also been produced before the competent Trial Court and is pending there. The learned counsel prays for grant of absolute bail in favour of the petitioner. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, having regard to the fact that the present petitioner has been granted interim pre-arrest bail on 01.05.2024 which came to be extended from time to time and the challan in the case has also been produced before the Court and is pending disposal. 5. This court is of the opinion that it may meet the ends of justice in case the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 01.05.2024 in favour petitioner- Rozee W/o Shri Roshan Lal is made absolute subject to some terms and conditions. 6. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 01.05.2024 in favour of the petitioner-Rozee is made absolute subject to her furnishing of surety and personal bonds to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the ld. Trial Court for assuring the fulfillment of the following conditions: I. That the petitioner shall remain punctual at the proceedings of the trial. II. That the petitioner shall not cause any threat, inducement or influence to any of the prosecution witnesses so as to dissuade them from making their statements at the trial of the case. III. That the petitioner shall not leave the limits of India without the permission of the Trial Court. IV. That the petitioner shall not repeat the commission of any crime. The petitioner upon furnishing of requisite surety and personal bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court shall be deemed to be on absolute pre- arrest bail in the case. 7. Disposed of.
