Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the adjudication by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Suraj Mani’s case, interest of justice would be served, in case, the respondents are directed to take up the issue raised by way of this petition afresh, by setting aside order dated 21.02.2019. Ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall file a fresh representation to the Authorities within two weeks from today in light of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Suraj Mani’s case, referring therein the issue raised in the present petition also and a 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 fresh call be taken thereupon by the Authorities within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
