Jawahar Lal vs. Virender Cr. M.P.No. 1669 of 2024 in Cr. Revision No. 349 of 2024 7.5.2026 Present: Mr. Tejasvi Verma, Advocate, (through V.C.) and Ms. Vanshika Sharma, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. None for the respondent. By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to comply with the judgment, passed by this Court, on 20.8.2025, in Cr. Revision No. 349 of 2024. Cr. Revision No. 349 of 2024 has been decided by this Court, in view of settlement between the parties, and judgment of conviction, and order of sentence, dated 4.12.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Anni, District Kullu, H.P. has been set aside, subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit 15% of the cheque amount, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of judgment. Admittedly, the said direction has not been complied with. Now, a prayer has been made to extend the said time, so that the directions can be complied with. The reason for non-compliance, as mentioned in the application, is that on account of death of real brother of the applicant, the said
directions could not be complied with. The application is duly supported by an affidavit. Considering the factual position, as mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the judgment passed by this Court on 20.8.2025, is ordered to be complied with, within seven days from today. In case, the judgment in question is complied with, within the aforesaid period, then, the same shall be the deemed compliance of the judgment, dated
20.8.2025. The application is, thus, disposed of.
