Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral): By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following relief:- “i) That the respondent may kindly be directed to release the amount of arrear of pay w.e.f. 1.1.2026 till 29.2.2020 in service period and revised and enhanced monthly pension w.e.f. 1.6.2019 till due date when revised enhanced pension released with monthly pension regularly along with penal interest. ii) Revised and enhanced commuted pension amounting to Rs. 10,16976/- as sanctioned vide Annexure P-1 and balance amount of 80% revised DCRG sanctioned to Rs. 4, 88030/- vide Annexure P-2 alongwith penal interest in a time bound manner.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 16.03.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
