Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the adjudication of this Court in CWP No.8788 of 2023, titled Niketa Chauhan versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another, decided on 26.04.2024, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Authority by way of a representation on the strength of the said judgment. 2. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. It is observed that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, appropriate decision be taken thereupon within six weeks thereafter in light of the contents of the representation and judgment, if any, referred therein. 3.
