Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached the Court against the impugned orders dated 15.01.2024 and 18.01.2024, in terms whereof, the petitioner, who was serving as the Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Sungal, District Chamba to Gram Panchayat Jhulada, District Chamba. 2. The stay of the petitioner at Sungal, at the time when the transfer order was passed, was not complete and an interim order was granted in favour of the petitioner. In light of the fact the petitioner is serving at Sungal from September, 2021, now obviously, he has completed his normal tenure at said station. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as the same has lost its efficacy, with liberty to the respondents to transfer the petitioner to some other station, if so advised.
