Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay compensation equal to the total emoluments, which the petitioner would have received had he been in service until 31.01.2022, i.e. till the age of 60 years, after deducting the amount of pension if any already received by him, and thereafter, (ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to grant the consequential retiral benefits to the petitioner.” 2 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
