Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Senior Counsel for the Corporation informs the Court that due amount except arrears of the revised pay scale stands paid to the petitioner. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the observation that needful with regard to the payment of arrears of revised pay scale be done by the Corporation depending upon the outcome of its review petition, which is filed in Tulsi 2 Ram’s case. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh, in case, needful is not done by the Department, after the adjudication of Tulsi Ram’s case, pending before the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court. 3.
