Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the issue with regard to the review of Question Nos. 24, 29, 35, 50, and 51 by referring the matter to some independent expert. 02. According to the petitioner, the aforesaid five questions were wrongly answered in the Answer Key published by the respondents, and if these five questions are taken into account for ascertaining the merit of the petitioner, who has correctly answered these five questions, he is sure to make the grade. 03. The respondents on the other hand in their reply have submitted that the Question Nos. 24 and 50 were deleted whereas regarding Question Nos. 25 and 29, were asked ‘most strongly recommended’ options. Regarding Question No. 35, it has been submitted that the same was kept unchanged, as the petitioner had not provided any specific request for change of Key. Regarding Question No. 51, it has been submitted that the Answer Key was changed to option (A), as it was the correct answer. 04. Without going into the merits of rival contentions of the parties and in view of the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, as noted hereinbefore, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the present petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision thereon expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks’ from the date a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition, is made available to the respondents. If after considering the contentions of the petitioner, respondents find merit in the same, the issue relating to review of the aforenoted questions shall be referred to an independent expert. 05.
