During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the official respondents have taken a definite stand that the engagement order in respect of the petitioner stands withdrawn in terms of Order No. ZEO/SMS/023/3366-70, dated 28th of December, 2023. A copy of the said order has already been annexed with the reply filed by the official respondents. 02. In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment in order to enable the petitioner to lay challenge to the aforesaid order by making appropriate amendment to the Writ petition. 03. In the meantime, notice shall be issued to respondent No. 6, who is stated to have been engaged in terms of the subsequent orders passed by the official respondents, subject to the petitioner taking necessary steps within one week. Since the petitioner has been permitted to resume duties pursuant to interim order passed by this Court, therefore, the official respondents shall keep on paying the renumeration/honorarium to the petitioner during the period she continues to work with them. In terms of interim order dated 26th of February, 2024 passed by this Court, the order dated 1st of November, 2023, issued by the Zonal Education Officer Quilmuqam Bandipora, whereby the engagement of the petitioner was kept in abeyance, has been stayed and directions were issued to the official respondents to allow the petitioner to resume her duties and earn remuneration/honorarium there for 07. It appears that pursuant to the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court, the official respondents have permitted the petitioner to resume duties.
