Vashisht, Advocate through VC. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate including Dearness allowance accrued on account arrears of pensionary benefits to the Petitioner, directing the Respondents to release the entire writ order or directions may kindly be issued Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, as well of revised pension in terms of Himachal Pradesh as Part-II of Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2022, as adopted by the Respondent Corporation vide Office order dated 01.08.2022, forthwith, along with interest @ 12% p.a.” 2. Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court submits that as the issue raised in this petition is pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, this petition be disposed of with the direction that the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench in 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled as Bhagat Ram versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others shall be binding upon the parties.
