That a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate including Dearness allowance accrued on account arrears of pensionary benefits to the Petitioner, directing the Respondents to release the entire writ order or directions may kindly be issued Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, as well of revised pension in terms of Himachal Pradesh as Part-II of Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2022, as adopted by the Respondent Corporation vide Office order dated 01.08.2022, forthwith, along with interest @ 12% p.a.” 2.
