OMP(M) Nos. 66 & 67 of 2026 The present applications have been filed under Order 22 Rule 4 read with Section 151 of CPC and Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the application i.e. OMP(M) No. 66 of 2026 for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, Smt. Vyasan Devi, who had expired on 04.01.2020. Since, the averments as made in the applications are duly supported by affidavits, therefore, the present applications are allowed, after condoning the delay and the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, Smt. Vyasan Devi, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the OMP(M) No. 66 of 2026, are ordered to be brought on record as respondent Nos. 3 (a) to 3(d). Abatement, if any, is also set-aside. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the memo of parties. Amended memo of parties, as prayed, be filed within a period of one week from today. Applications stand disposed off. OMP(M) No. 286 of 2024 The present application under Section 5 of Limitation Act has been filed for condontion of delay in filing the present appeal. In paras No. 2 & 3 of the application, the reason has been assigned for the said delay, which is plausible. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, and since the averments made in the application are duly supported by an affidavit, the present application is allowed and delay of 146 days in filing appeal is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed off. Appeal be registered. Arb. Appeal No._____2026 (ARBAST 37440/24) Issue notice to newly added respondents No. 3(a) to 3(d) returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within three days. List after four weeks.
