Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to grant and pay due and admissible salary from the date of acquisition of disability till date in favor of the petitioner alongwith all the consequential benefits, in the interest of justice.” 2. When this case was listed for consideration today, learned Advocate General apprised the Court that in compliance to the order passed by this Court on 09.12.2025, the Authority has passed a detailed order on 03.03.2026. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of this development, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition, with liberty to assail the order passed by the Authority on 03.03.2026. The petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
