Thereafter, in the post-lunch session, learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions received from the District Treasury Officer/Treasury Officer, submitted that the salary has been sanctioned in favour of the said petitioners. Consequently, the judgment stands complied with. Therefore, the present proceedings are closed and the petition is accordingly disposed off.
