Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, the Court stands informed that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment delivered by this Court in CWP No.4380 of 2023, titled Inderjeet versus HRTC and another, decided on 06.10.2023. This fact could not be disputed even by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, who submitted that the respondents be given liberty to exercise their legal rights, if they so desire. 2 2. In light of the fact that it is not in dispute that the prayer being made by the petitioner is now covered by the judgment passed by this Court, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner be granted the benefit of conversion of service from piece meal worker to contract in terms of the policy of the Corporation i.e., completion of six years of service as on 31.03.2022 within four weeks from today. This will be with all consequential benefits, which will be notional as upto three years from the date of filing of the writ petition and from the said date actual benefits shall be conferred upon the petitioner. 3.
