OMP ST No. 18931 of 2024 The application is considered and allowed. The execution of the award dated 04.09.2023, passed by learned District Judge Bilaspur, H.P. in Arbitration No. 69 of 2018, titled as “NHAI Vs Ranjeet & others”, is ordered to be stayed, subject to the condition that entire award amount, along with up to date interest, be deposited within a period of six weeks from today.
