State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. is modified to the extent that date “01.01.1992” as mentioned in para No.2 of the order/judgment, shall be read as “01.01.1990” and words “w.e.f 01.01.1992 to 01.01.2000”, as mentioned in para Nos.5 & 6 of the order/judgement, shall be read as “w.e.f 01.01.1990 to 01.01.1998.
