CMP No. 9541 of 2026 By way of instant application, permission has been sought by applicant/respondent No.2 to place on record copy of house map of the first floor of respondent No.2, Puran Chand. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicants/ petitioners. Learned counsel representing the non-applicants/ petitioners fairly states that non-applicants/petitioners shall have no objection in case applicant/respondent No.2 is permitted to raise construction of first floor strictly as per the house map placed on record through instant application. In view of the above, the present application is allowed and house map intended to be placed on record is ordered to be taken on record. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 20396 of 2025 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/respondent No.2 for modification of order dated 18.03.2024, whereby direction came to be issued to the parties to maintain status quo qua nature and possession of the suit property. During the proceedings of the case, learned counsel representing the non-applicants/petitioners apprised this Court that no specific details with regard to proposed construction has been given by applicants/respondents No. 2 to 8 and as such, this Court vide order dated 03.03.2026, directed the applicants/respondents No. 2 to 8 to place on record map/details with regard to proposed construction within a period of one week. In terms of aforesaid order, applicant/respondent No.2 has placed on record map and details with regard to proposed construction. Learned counsel representing the non-applicants/ petitioners, on instructions of his client, fairly states that in case applicant/respondent No.2 undertakes to carry out construction of first floor strictly as per the map, non-applicants/petitioners shall have no objection to the same but he shall not claim any equity in case the case at hand is decided against him. In view of the fair stand adopted by learned counsel for the non-applicants/petitioners, order dated 18.03.2024, is modified to the extent that applicant/respondent No.2 shall carry out construction of first floor strictly as per the map placed on record and in the event of petition being allowed, he will remove the same, if ordered by this Court. The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. CWP No. 1078 of 2024 Since pleadings in the case are complete and parties are duly represented, let this case be listed for hearing in due course before the appropriate Bench.
