That a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued for quashing and setting aside the Office Memorandum dated 17.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) and Office Memorandum dated 13.03.2024 (Annexure P-3). ii. That a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to release the entire arrears of retiral benefits to the Petitioner, including higher amount of Death Cum Retirement Gratuity, Leave encashment, arrears accrued on 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 account of revised Pay Scales and arrears accrued on account of revised pension in terms of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, as well as Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2022, forthwith, along with interest @ 12% p.a” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 16.03.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
