(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 06.01.2026, issued under the signatures of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that relief, as prayed for, in the instant petition already stands granted to the petitioner, as such, present petition may be disposed of accordingly. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that petitioner has been granted the benefit of Old Pension Scheme w.e.f 30.04.2022 as per option exercised by him. The petitioner has also deposited the entire Government share of NPS contribution along with accumulate dividend. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid grant of pension, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within one month from today. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
