Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, with the change in the circumstances, the petitioner is not aggrieved of the impugned transfer order dated 25.06.2024 and to this extent, he does not want to pursue this writ petition. His statement is taken on record. 2. The learned counsel further submits that by virtue of the impugned order dated 03.07.2024, he has been placed under suspension but now he has joined the new place of posting and he is being paid full salary. Serial No. 113 Regular List WP(C) No.1579/2024 3. A perusal of the impugned suspension order would reveal that the cause for placing the petitioner under suspension had arisen on account of non-joining of petitioner pursuant to the impugned transfer order dated 25.06.2024. Now that the petitioner has joined his new place of posting as indicated in order dated 25.06.2024, the reason for placing him under suspension does not survive. 4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to review the impugned suspension order dated 03.07.2024, in the light of petitioner’s withdrawal of the challenge to the transfer order dated 25.06.2024 and his joining of new place of working. 5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court afresh, in case the cause survives.
