Mr. Furqan Yaqub Sofi, learned Government Advocate, fairly submits that the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time. 03. In view of the fact that the period of detention has already expired and the petitioner stands released from custody, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
